From phone being picked up on first ring, Russel came out straight away to quote. The service was excellent. The door arrived on time and was fitted in advised time scale. Great communication throughout. Clean and tidy job. All rubbish taken away, even a door left from a previous job. The new anthracite colour roller door looks fab and modern with safety features.
Had to call our Graham and Russell today for an emergency - the roller shutter for the front door wouldn’t open for the salon. They came within 40 mins of the phone call, found the issue and got us into the salon within 20 minutes. Went away to source the part and came back same day to fix the issue within 2 hours. Couldn’t fault them, would happily recommend them to anyone!
Superb service from Sermac. Made the process of replacing 2 garage doors so simple. Doors were available so quickly and the finish on the door surrounds made a huge difference. Definitely recommend Sermac if you are looking for new garage doors!
